•  The INTENSIVE in Stress Reduction
All Levels, including those living with illnesses
   Fridays 5:30 to 7:30pm
The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Intensive is an 8 week program designed to overhaul the way you relate to daily stress. If you have ever said, "I NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT MY STRESS!" This is it.
During the eight weeks of the MBSR program, participants are given the tools necessary to create personal lifestyle changes that are profound and long lasting. Over 10 years of medical research has demonstrated the effectiveness of this program to increase quality of life.
This Intensive changes lives because it requires a committment of time and energy. It is much more than a simple class. The Intensive meets each week for two hours. In addition to weekly meetings, each participant must commit to 1 hour of homework every day for all eight weeks. The homework is flexible and can be broken into segments of 10 to 30 minutes.
This Intensive is for you if you are serious about creating a new strategy for health.
For more details and registration, go to the MBSR page.
