Public classes are located in Boston and Cambridge

Mindfulness is a very simple concept. Yet it is not easy to always implement it in our daily lives.

The MBSR program is a structured, simple, yet profound, way to lower stress levels and raise quality of life.

A recent student said:
"Mindfulness as a philosophy and 'way of being'
has helped me in so many different aspects of
my life. It is an excellent framework for
managing stress but it offers so much more too.
Through mindfulness, I have seen huge
improvements in my ability to put things in
    perspective, feel grounded, handle negative
   emotions (and many more).
I highly recommend Gena Bean's MBSR course!"
